DMCA Policy
"Stark Varg Prijs" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent, as described in the policy below.
This page outlines the information required to submit a valid notification to "Stark Varg Prijs" regarding alleged copyright infringement and the steps to follow if your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content hosted on "Stark Varg Prijs" infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Stark Varg Prijs" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, "Stark Varg Prijs" will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that the removed material will be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party files an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.
